The fermentation of the dessert wine was stopped early, in order to maintain the natural sweetness of the pomegranate. The wine was aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, which gave the wine depth, softness and harmony. This dessert wine, is characterized by amazing aromas and flavors of pomegranate. Can be served as an aperitif and for dessert.

The fermentation of this wine was stopped early in order to preserve the natural sweetness of the pomegranate fruit. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels in the sun, the Galilean climate characterized by hot days and cold nights maintains a proper balance of temperatures in the barrels. The wine is characterized by aromas and flavors of pomegranate fruit as well as chocolate, vanilla and berry flavors, which were bestowed from the barrel. Goes great with entrees, as a dessert and in combination with hard cheeses.
